My Approach

I am a warm, highly engaged, interactive therapist. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping women find satisfaction and fulfillment by reconnecting to themselves in a deeper, more fundamental way to find the answers they are seeking in life. My approach has four essential parts…


  1. History: I usually start by doing a history, which allows me to get to know you better. Sometimes this helps uncover relational themes and self defeating patterns that are playing out in ways that don’t serve you.
  2. Relational style: I will help you understand your relational style which will help you understand your relationship patterns. If you keep having the same relationship issues over and over again, it can be very helpful to understand why this is happening and what you can do to shift these patterns.
  3. Decision making: I will help you make decisions that feel more authentic and congruent with who you are. In order to do this you need to connect to your entire self and all your wisdom when making decisions.
  4. Healing: When you are ready I will help you explore the deepest parts of yourself that may be wounded and possibly holding you back in life. If left unresolved, old wounds can manifest in symptoms like depression, anxiety, panic, anger, etc., which can impact our functioning and keep us stuck.

Through this deep understanding and appreciation of yourself, you will gain a sense of clarity that will help guide and empower you to make wise, fulfilling choices.
